• WHEN WILL THE ORDER SHIP

Since each item is handmade and I do everything myself from designing, producing and packing, it usually takes me 3-4 weeks to make the item and then ship it to you. You will receive a tracking number in your email

• WHY THE PRODUCT IS SO EXPENSIVE

Not only are all our items handmade, but international shipping is also very expensive.

I try my best to keep my prices as low as possible. I don't make all of your money because some of it is paid for shipping, but you can be sure that you will be able to track your package from start to finish because each package will have a tracking number

 

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All products are ships worldwide. However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply.

 

• CANCELATION

It is of course possible to ask for a refund or a change in your order before it has been shipped. However it's not possible to ask for a refund once your order is shipped out.
